Stacey Sansom Designs will be moving its primary location of operations in the near future. This is due to an upcoming relocation to the greater Dallas Metro area. We appreciate your patience as we experience these business changes.

What do these business changes mean to current Stacey Sansom Designs clients?

It simply means that she will no longer be local for those clients fortunate enough to enjoy “local” status. All business will be conducted via email, phone, text message, private messages, and other digital communications. For those needing technical support on computers, there are screen sharing options that can be used. There are a lot of options to smooth us through this transition.

I do ask that you be a bit more patient over the next 4-6 months as we go through this transition period. Up front, I will be in the process of packing and selling a house. On the back end, I will be in the process of getting moved into a new house and getting children transitioned to a new location. They have only “known” the house we have currently resided in and the schools they have attended. This is going to be a big change for all of us learning a new city, new schools, finding new doctors, and all the things that keep a family running. Please be patient if I do not respond to your requests immediately. I am not trying to ignore you. I am probably just caught up with life. Please send a reminder, drop me a text, or give me a quick call. My goal is to try and make this transition as short as humanly possible, but we all know that this can take time when there are kids and a house involved.

Will the services that Stacey Sansom Designs offers be changing?

Yes and no. Business changes are inevitable.

I have already been shifting my services and products more and more away from the web design business and more toward the graphic design business over the past 6 months. This will not change. Currently, all web design projects are done on a case by case basis. This means that many web design projects may be turned down. Custom projects are more likely candidates for this. Projects with less custom work are more likely for consideration.

This allow more time for graphic design projects and a larger scope of graphic design projects. It will provide me opportunity to provide a fuller range of products/services to clients looking for graphic design related projects at affordable prices. This also frees me up to work on projects on an ongoing basis as needed for clients.

Web design maintenance services will not change. All clients that use Stacey Sansom Designs for maintenance only on their websites will receive the same services as before albeit at a slower rate during this transition period. If you need to have something done in 2-3 days, you will need to state that clearly. Ideally I would like 7-10 days lead time on updates/changes so I can work them into my now overflowing schedule (with packing, painting, repairs, etc).

Will these business changes allow for additional services?

These business changes will allow for more creative work in the future. Stacey Sansom Designs hopes to branch out into other fields and industries. A change of pace so to speak.

Primary change will be:

  • More emphasis on graphic design work.
  • More opportunity for creative work.

Stacey Sansom Designs will begin teaching sewing classes/lessons after the move takes place. This will be to adults and children. The details for this will be released once I have figured out an exact location for services. This will most likely begin sometime after January 1, 2016. There is no specific date as of yet as we do not have a final move date yet. For those in the Tomball, Texas area I am sorry that you may not be able to take part in these services before I move.
