Sewing Lessons | New class times available | Learn to Sew | Stacey Sansom Designs

Stacey Sansom Designs is now scheduling sewing lessons until the end of March 2019! Register early for the best selection.

Saturday sewing classes starting soon

I am excited to announce that starting in January 2019, Saturday morning classes will be available. The schedule might change a little bit as we get closer to actually starting.

Each Saturday class will feature:

  • 2 student spots – semi-private lessons
  • 120 minute time blocks
  • meet every other week
  • $40 per student (per class)
  • all skill levels welcome

Pick your class size

Sometimes we learn at different rates. Sometimes we learn better with one on one instruction. Stacey Sansom Designs is now offering 3 different class sizes to best accommodate different learning styles.

You can now select from 3 class sizes:

  • Group Sewing Lessons – up to 4 students
  • Semi-Private Sewing Lessons – 2 students
  • Private Sewing Lessons – 1 student

Each group sewing lesson is set for 4 students. However, if you sign up for a class and you are the only student, you still get to keep your scheduled time. You only schedule and pay for your student(s).

Currently all classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday. These are 90 minute classes and run weekly (with a few exceptions).

  • Tuesday classes are for “beginner to intermediate” sewing classes – group and private.
  • Thursday classes are for the “absolute beginner to beginner” sewing classes – group and private.
  • Saturday classes will accommodate all skill levels.

What if I need a shorter class time?

Some students only have 1 hour for sewing lessons. I will work with your schedule to fit you in as best as I can. There is only so much that I can teach you in that amount of time. You will see slower progression than a student taking a 90-120 minute class time.

Please contact me directly if you need a shorter class.

Will the Schedule change?

These schedules are not set in stone.

Your class can be rescheduled as needed. I simply request that I have at least 2 hours notice before class time if you are not going to show up.

If for some reason I have to reschedule your class, you will be notified and we will work to find a time that is best for you.

While most group classes are offered weekly, as we go into the holiday season, please pay extra attention to the dates you schedule. There will be some classes that are not offered during the holidays.
