Today I received notification that will cause some billing changes for some of my customers.
This notification was from one of the companies that I have been using to process online payments. The notification states that they are changing how they do business. After some consideration, I have decided that it is in my best interest to terminate my contract with them. I will do this effective as of April 1, 2016. This will allow me to weed out all bills that have been using this payment method and get them consistently on another payment method.
How will these billing changes impact customers?
For most clients/customers, these billing changes will not be a problem and have zero impact if any.
For those of you who have opted to use the Intuit Payment Network as a means to pay your invoices, please note that after March 31, 2016 at 11:59PM I will no longer be accepting payment via this method.
What do these billing changes mean?
You will need to pay your invoice using the electronic payment method sent via the electronic invoicing system. This payment system is quick, easy, and reliable. It is using Wave Invoicing and Stripe as a credit card processing service.
If you need to pay via electronic check or bank draft, please contact me directly and we can make arrangements to do this via another processing method. Please do not delay. Remember that I stopped taking personal checks on January 1, 2016. You will need to make arrangements to pay your accounts accordingly.
